You will lead major marketing transformation programmes, manage and grow key accounts and develop delivery teams.

Our Principals bring:
- At least 10 years' experience at a top-tier management consultancy firm, enhanced by time spent in the industry or a start-up environment
- Significant and credible experience leading complex business transformation programs with deep specialism and credibility within marketing transformation
- Proven track record and ability to grow accounts and generate revenue from new business opportunities
- Desire to contribute to the business plan and lead internal initiatives

- One Principal currently leads the Gate One Sustainability team and launched Havas Genus, an integrated global network of sustainability experts. She is a thought leader in the sustainability space and has spoken on BBC Breakfast about driving greater sustainability in retail.
- A design team of Principals co-curated a mixed grade, year-long, six-day off-site leadership development course with Moller Institute on-site at the University of Cambridge. The course is delivered over three two-day modules for all our Principals, CDs, Partners, and Operations Leads.
- One Principal in the UK leads our Corporate Social Responsibility activities with the team, raising over £18k in 2022 by organizing regular fundraising events, campaigns for our charity partners, and a charity day for all our staff in December 2022
Our compensation philosophy aligns with our values and goes back to why we founded Gate One. We believe in pay equity. Our structure was designed to be simple and transparent. This means that people at the same level receive the same base salary and comparable progression opportunities. We also offer a bi-annual bonus: a transparent profit share linked to company performance, plus a personal bonus that allows you to be rewarded for your contributions. Additionally, we offer an uncapped sales bonus to all Gate One employees. For this role, the base salary is $220,000.
