Our consultants:

• Use their consulting experience to advise clients and their teams to design and deliver lasting transformation programmes

• Further develop their capabilities both on-the-job and through support and coaching from our team

• Have increased autonomy and responsibility on client engagements

• Align themselves to internal communities of interest, and make a personal impact as our business grows

Our consultants bring:

• c.3 years consulting experience within an established management consulting firm

• A track record of contributing to the delivery of projects, or workstreams within larger programmes

• A desire to gain diverse consulting experience across sectors and capabilities

• Well-developed stakeholder management skills

• A real desire to contribute and make an impact within a global and growing business
