Within our Management Consulting grades - our Analysts bring a year of management consulting experience and here's a summary of what they do:

• Join a client project team and develop core consulting skills to support workstreams and help keep projects on track

• Continue learning the essential toolkit of consulting deliverables and how to structure approaches to complex client challenges

• Gain a breadth of experience across a variety of client projects, practice areas and sectors

• Receive structured support from a Performance and Development Lead (PDL) and engagement lead, along with internal and external training courses

• Are encouraged to sign up to internal communities and teams to contribute to the growth of Gate One

What you'll bring:

• At least one year's management consulting experience from an established consultancy

• Client-facing experience and problem-solving experience as well as strong verbal, written and communication skills 

• A desire to be a top-notch consultant! Learn from other consultants, develop autonomy and stakeholder management skills
