We are looking for curious, ambitious and self-starting consultants to join our expanding team, helping shape and build a high‑performing, values‑driven consulting team in Dublin, As part of a growing team, you will have the opportunity to:

- Work on major business and digital transformation programmes with leading local and global organisations

- Collaborate with colleagues across London, New York, Paris and Bangalore

- Work alongside our Havas creative, media and CX agencies to deliver end-to-end transformation Play a visible role in client delivery, thought leadership and business growth

Our Managers:

• Scope, lead and deliver major digital, technology or tech‑enabled transformation programmes.

• Manage multidisciplinary delivery teams and drive high-quality outcomes for clients

• Build trusted client relationships and contribute to long-term partnerships

• Support business development and proposal development with prospective clients

• Contribute to internal initiatives, capability development and Ireland office growth

• Partner with our Havas creative, media and marketing agencies

Ideal Experience Profile:

We are looking for consultants with strong experience across digital and technology transformation, ideally including:

• Strong programme and engagement management capability.

• 6–8 years’ experience in management consulting or a related transformation role

• Proven delivery experience across digital, technology or platform transformation programmes

• Experience across the end-to-end transformation lifecycle – discovery, design, delivery and adoption

• Exposure to product-led delivery, agile transformation or major platform implementations

• Interest in design thinking, service design or experience-led transformation

• Interest or experience in data, automation and AI-enabled transformation

• Strong programme management and stakeholder engagement capability

• Ability to translate strategic objectives into practical, measurable delivery outcomes

• Experience working with Pharma, Consumer, Public Sector would be beneficial but is not essential.
