• Use their consulting experience to advise clients and their teams to design and deliver lasting change programs

• Further develop their capabilities both on the job and through support and coaching from our team

• Have increased autonomy and responsibility on client engagements

• Align themselves to internal communities of interest, and make a personal impact as our business grows

Our consultants bring:

• At least three years of experience working at a top-tier consultancy firm

• A track record of contributing to the delivery of projects, or workstreams within larger programs

• A desire to gain diverse consulting experience across sectors and capabilities

• Experience with operating model transformation, change management, digital transformation, customer experience, sustainability

Our compensation philosophy aligns with our values, returning to the core of why we founded Gate One. We believe in pay equity and designed our compensation structure to be simple and transparent, meaning people at the same grade receive the same base salary and comparable progression opportunities. We also offer a bi-annual bonus: a transparent profit share linked to company performance, plus a personal bonus that rewards you for your contributions. Additionally, we offer an uncapped sales bonus to all Gate One employees. For this role, the base salary is $115,000.
