We now have an opportunity for an experienced Senior Consultant with specialism in product management to join our growing team based in Madison Avenue, New York.

About the Role

In this role you will be responsible for:

• Working on complex digital transformation programs, with a focus on product management. 

• Working with increasing accountability and autonomy, with support and mentoring from our senior team

• Leading workstreams or small projects, owning and shaping the intellectual content within key deliverable

• Developing leadership and coaching capabilities

• Taking part in some business development activities & developing entrepreneurial skills

About You

You will already be operating at Senior Consultant grade within another consulting firm. In addition you will be able to demonstrate:

• A track record of contributing to the delivery of projects, or workstreams within larger programmes

• Experience of working with tech teams to build and launch products, understanding the Agile cadences (managing the backlog, prioritization, coaching scrum masters, and creating roadmaps)

• A real interest in developing leadership capabilities 

• Well-developed stakeholder management skills

• A desire to contribute and make an impact within a global and growing business

This means that people at the same level receive the same base salary and comparable progression opportunities. We also offer a bi-annual bonus: a transparent profit share linked to company performance, plus a personal bonus that allows you to be rewarded for your contributions. For this role, the base salary is $150,000.
