Our Senior Consultants:
- Contribute to the growth and success of the US team expansion as a founding team member
- Work on complex programs with increasing accountability and autonomy, with support and mentoring from our senior team
- Lead workstreams or small projects, owning and shaping the intellectual content within key deliverables
- Develop leadership and coaching capabilities
- Have experience in core transformation with expertise in digital and data, customer experience, op model, culture and change management, sustainability consulting, transformation leadership, etc
- Take part in some business development activities & develop entrepreneurial skills
What you'll bring:
- At least 4-6 years of experience consulting, ideally from a top-tier management consulting firm
- Demonstrated experience in delivering target operating models, people change, or digital transformation capabilities across industry sectors.
- A real interest in developing your leadership capabilities
- Experience with operating model transformation, change management, digital transformation, customer experience, sustainability
- Alignment with our core values of candor, humility, aspiration, entrepreneurship, grit, empathy

Our compensation philosophy aligns with our values and goes back to why we founded Gate One. We believe in pay equity. Our structure was designed to be simple and transparent. This means that people at the same level receive the same base salary and comparable progression opportunities. We also offer a bi-annual bonus: a transparent profit share linked to company performance, plus a personal bonus that allows you to be rewarded for your contributions. For this role, the base salary is $140,000.
