Our Managers:
- Scope, lead and deliver our major and complex transformation programs
- Lead blended delivery teams on client engagements
- Use leadership and coaching skills, representing junior colleagues through the performance management process
- Nurture client advisory relationships, key accounts and partnerships
- Contribute to key account growth and support BD activities
- Contribute to strategic internal projects, capability & team development and co-lead internal events
Ideal experience profile:
- c.6-10 years’ consulting experience in recognised management consultancy businesses., working at Manager level. Some time spent in complementary inhouse consulting roles in industry can be advantageous
- End to end project management expertise across a few core capabilities is ideal: digital and data transformation, customer experience, operating model, culture & change management, transformation strategy & leadership etc
- Program management skills are essential
- Versatility to work across a range of sectors is ideal
- Some personal contribution to key account growth and business development activities eg. co-leading meetings with new clients, identifying new opportunities within existing clients
- Experience leading and managing teams of management consultants is required

Our compensation philosophy aligns with our values and goes back to the core of why we founded Gate One. We believe in pay equity. Our structure was designed to be simple and transparent. This means that people at the same level receive the same base salary and comparable progression opportunities. We also offer a bi-annual bonus: a transparent profit share linked to company performance, plus a personal bonus. Additionally, we offer an uncapped sales bonus to all Gate One employees. At Manager grade, the base salary is $180,000.
