As a Client Director in the Retail/Consumer sector you will:

• Play a significant tole in our growth in the consumer/CPG sector, through growing existing accounts and winning new clients, spending a significant proportion of your time on business development activities
• Manage a portfolio of consulting engagements on key accounts, leading on the design and delivery of major transformation programmes
• Lead and oversee client delivery, spending approximately 50% of your time on billable work
• Build and coach high performing teams to deliver the work that you sell
• Offer oversight and direction on internal initiatives and team events
• Act as a senior member of the leadership team and contribute to the operational management of the firm

Candidates must be able to demonstrate significant experience within a recognised management consultancy firm, selling and leading engagements for clients in the retail sector

• c.15-20yrs+ management consulting experience, with recent personal responsibility for leading the growth of a portfolio of clients in the consumer/CPG sector
• Deep expertise in business and digital transformation, to include the leadership of large scale transformational programmes as well as target operating model and change management expertise
• A desire to have personal visibility in a growing firm
• Developed habits in networking, growing accounts and generating new business, with a track record of personally generating £1.5m+ of revenue per annum
• Dedication to mentoring and leading high performing teams
