Join the new Gate One team in Bangalore! This year, we're looking to hire a few consultants across SC, Manager and/or Principal grade to join our founding team of four consultants. Work together on client site three days/week. Mix with working from home or work from the Havas, Bangalore office.

Currently, we're advertising for Senior Managers/Principals or experienced Managers.

• Scope, design, lead and deliver major transformation programmes for a key Retail client
• Nurture and manage day-to-day client relationships and key stakeholders
• Lead blended delivery teams on client engagements
• Develop your leadership and coaching skills as a Team or Workstream Lead, representing colleagues through the performance management process once you reach Manager grade or above
• Receive practical engagement support from a UK Partner and Client Director. Collaborate with UK colleagues working on the same key account in London
• Contribute to account development and revenue growth
• Choose internal teams and communities of your choice outside of client work

What you'll bring:

• from 8years’ experience working in recognised management consulting organisations (eg big 4 or similar), working at an experienced Manager or Senior Manager grade. This is essential experience.
• Relevant project experience aligning to capabilities such as culture & change management, operating model transformation, process design, programme/portfolio management (PMO), digital, data and AI, tech adoption, customer experience etc. Experience across sectors is ideal.
• Cross-sector experience leading and delivering core transformation programmes
• Experience developing key accounts and supporting business development meetings and other marketing and networking activities
