Client Director - Pharma/Life Sciences
You will play a critical role in leading the growth of a key account in the pharma/life sciences sector in a role that combines business development and managing major consulting engagements.
We are now seeking an experienced consulting Director to take a key role in leading a major client account within the Pharma/Life Sciences sector. You will:
- Contribute to the build and execution of the account development plan, identifying new opportunities to expand and strengthen the relationship.
- Manage the portfolio of projects and senior relationships on this key account, owning and developing relationships with senior stakeholders.
- Lead and oversee delivery across a portfolio of digital and business transformation projects. This will include a significant proportion of personal billable time leading strategic programmes and consulting teams.
- Build high performing teams to deliver the work on the key account
- Offer oversight and direction on internal initiatives and team events.
- Be a senior member of the leadership team and contribute to the operational management of the firm.
What you'll bring:
- c.15-20yrs+ management consulting experience, with recent personal responsibility for leading the growth of a practice, key account or consulting capability. Unfortunately we are unable to consider candidates who do meet this requirement due the specific nature of the role.
- Expertise in selling and delivering consulting engagements to clients in the pharma/life sciences sector, to include work across different parts of the business e.g. R&D, launch excellence, clinical trials.
- Significant management consulting experience with broad capability that includes target operating model, change management, strategic advisory and digital transformation experience.
- A demonstrable track record in owning and growing a key account or portfolio of accounts.
- A desire to have personal visibility in a growing firm.
- Dedication to mentoring and leading high performing teams.

- Spiro Comitis has completed a course at the Institute for Sustainability Leadership at the University of Cambridge
