As Gate One continues to grow, we are now seeking a Client Director to join our Insurance sector team. You will build business relationships with both existing accounts and potential new clients, scoping, shaping and closing opportunities to win new business and will lead Gate One client teams to deliver complex transformation programmes.

As a Client Director you will also be a member of the senior leadership team, contributing to business strategy and planning.

This is an exceptional opportunity for a highly experienced transformation consultant with deep expertise in the Insurance sector and strong track record of business development success to take a leadership role within Gate One. We will be looking for you to demonstrate:

• Depth of expertise of selling, leading and delivering consulting engagements to clients in the Insurance sector. Broader experience within retail banking would also be of interest but is not essential.

• A track record in business and digital transformation, including a significant time spent within an established management consulting firm.

• A strong personal network within the Insurance sector.

• The desire to work within an entrepreneurial, collaborative, high performing environment.

• Dedication to mentoring and leading high performing teams.

• Between Jan '23–Jan '24, we promoted four of our Client Directors into the Partner grade (incl 3 women)
• James Cumberland joined as a Senior Consultant in 2015. He moved to the U.S in 2022 to establish our NYC office and was subsequently promoted to Client Director
• Grace Blundell leads the Health and Social Care capability at Gate One; part of the Public Sector team. Grace joined as a Senior Consultant in Jan 2018 and progressed to Client Director in 5 years
• In early 2023, Rob Bradshaw returned from family leave. He has co-led the internal EVP programme at Gate One plus helped design our gender neutral family policies
• Spiro Comitis has completed a course at the Institute for Sustainability Leadership at the University of Cambridge
