We're looking for an organised, proactive and collaborative Operations Account Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you'll play an important role in supporting the day-to-day management of client accounts, helping ensure smooth delivery, accurate reporting and strong operational support. You’ll work closely with account leads, clients, and internal teams across finance, resourcing, and operations to keep everything running seamlessly behind the scenes.

Gate One offer a hybrid working model. We mix home working with (likely) 1-2 days in our lovely office in Kings Cross to collaborate with colleagues and your internal stakeholders, plus we have regular company wide meetings and quarterly in-person events.
Client & Account Operations
-Keep our CRM up to date with accurate opportunity, resourcing and revenue data
-Work with Account leads and clients to secure necessary documentation, such as statements of work and ensure correct contracting processes are followed
-Monitor outstanding purchase orders and follow up to ensure timely billing and invoicing
-Collaborate with clients and the Finance team to support prompt invoice payments
Financial & Planning Support
-Support Account Leads with the sales bonus process by accurately capturing sales data
-Assist with forecasting and business planning
-Coordinate timesheet submissions with the Finance team and generate client invoices
Quality & Compliance
-Contribute to internal and client-facing quality audits by ensuring documentation is accurate and accessible
-Help track and complete client feedback forms (called Balanced Scorecards)
-Maintain high standards of information security and compliance
-Actively contribute ideas for improving quality processes across accounts
Team Support & Coordination
-Manage the process life cycle for consultants as they start and roll off client engagements
-Coordinate engagement extensions and obtain required paperwork
-Be known as the key point of contact in Operations for a selection of client accounts
Reporting & Data Management
-Prepare account-level reports and dashboards using CRM tools to support planning and decision-making
-Maintain clean and accurate data across systems
We’re looking for:
✅ At least 3 years of experience in project or operations administration, including managing finance processes and CRM/databases
✅ Impressive organisational skills, an eye for detail and someone who is committed to team success
✅ Confidence to engage with senior stakeholders and co-ordinate competing priorities
