Manager, Insurance - London
You will be key member of our Insurance team; designing and delivering transformation programmes, leading teams and nurturing client relationships.
Financial Services & Insurance is a core and growing sector for us. We work extensively with clients across the London insurance markets, supporting organisations through large‑scale transformation programmes spanning operating model change, digital and technology transformation, data, regulation, and people‑led change.
As demand for our insurance work continues to grow, we are looking to appoint a Manager with strong insurance sector credibility to lead complex engagements, build trusted client relationships and play a key role in shaping the future of our FS & Insurance offering.
The opportunity
As a Manager at Gate One, you will lead high‑value transformation programmes for insurance clients, taking responsibility for delivery, team leadership and client outcomes. You will operate as a senior day‑to‑day leader on engagements - shaping work, guiding clients through complexity, and ensuring high standards of delivery are met.
You will also contribute to account growth and business development, support the development of our insurance propositions, and play an active role in building the culture and capability of the firm. This role is well‑suited to someone who has developed strong insurance expertise within consulting and is ready to step into broader leadership and commercial responsibility.

Excellent communication skills and emotional intelligence, with the ability to build trust quickly with senior stakeholders.
A desire to grow as a leader at Gate One, contributing to our culture, values and long‑term growth ambitions.
